Undertaking research and data collection with local people and stakeholders, to identify the scale and causes of congestion.

The results of city interviews and online questionnaires will help assess the extent and scale of congestion in Leeds.

January 2009 - June 2009

Identifying the measures that could help to reduce congestion and support economic growth in Leeds.

____________________________________________________

July 2009 - December 2009

Developing a business case for identified measures.

______________________________________

January 2010 - June 2010
